To kick off 2011, I thought I'd put together my top-10 international affairs wish list for the year, going from left to right on my wall map. But like Spinal Tap, only better, my list goes to 12:

I would also like to see Israel attack Iran but for different reasons.
I'm almost sure the aftermath would weaken Israel a lot. Once enough Israeli civilians have been killed the whole game changes.
You do understand that Hizbollah and the Gazans have a large pile of much more effective weapons to rocket Israel with. Iran too can hit all of Israel with sufficient accuracy to seriously damage Israeli cities. They will pound Dimona flat. Not good for central Israel.
Once civilians have died in sufficient numbers the Israeli government will have a much harder time with their apartheid plans. I think they are dumb enough and look forward to some changes in the possibilities in that area.
Oh, I'd get my carriers out of the gulf first. A word to the wise ...
