Terrorism comes in many forms, these being the most likely ones for average Americans.
Indiana was the 13th state to pass a law making such tracking possible.

It looks as though this specific piece of equipment has the potential to grow into a source of potential revenue. I am a bit alarmed by this intrusion. However, if more research proves it is effective at reducing overt forms of abuse, it should be implemented regardless of who is offended.
