Two for one: I want a lesbian Hispanic on the court

Ginsburg cites the story of the 13-year-old girl strip-searched at school for drugs. She was aghast while too many of the male Supremes were like, "Big deal, I didn't like the locker room in junior high either."

It seems inconceivable that Obama doesn't bolster the female quotient on the Supreme Court. Having only one is just plain weird in this day and age.

And since you want somebody for the non-straight crowd and for the rising Hispanic tide, I stand by my choice.

Why should it matter? It's not a person's agenda that makes a good judge, it's their understanding of Constitutional Law.

The lack of geographic diversity on the court is much more concerning to me than the lack of gender diversity.
