That certainly was an interesting debrief of how a team can grow when working together towards a common goal. I was surprised by their statement that some of the other well-known east-coast teams were unfamiliar with the technology and new methodologies being used. Coming from a history background, I can see why some teams would also rely more on historical data then current numbers, but it's self-evident that the world of tomorrow is shaped by what is happening today, and to a lesser extent of what happend in previous decades. The team from CGU makes this point themselves when mentioning 9-11.
