Educate girls

ARTICLE: The Women's Crusade, By NICHOLAS D. KRISTOF and SHERYL WuDUNN, New York Times, August 17, 2009

As I wrote in Blueprint, everything you need to know about a country, you can tell by how it treats its women.

I say this all the times in briefs and did it again this week in Quantico: my simplest be-all advice on development is "educate girls." Everything else follows.
