It would be interesting if FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) advance and decline was one of FP factors. Simple reason is that would seem to be a factor that might just be key to which way failed state might move up or down on the list. Thanks as did not know of this listing but hope many are using it to help structure the in or out decision with regards to AID!
