I disagree. There is no credible nuclear response to any nuclear threat, other than to other 1st-world powers (Russia and China). I do not consider China or Russia a credible nuclear threat, so there is no credible use for nuclear weapons, except as a terrorist weapon, or from a 3rd-world country, whose response is like terrorists.

Now that we have a little less than 10,000 nukes, I just can't see how we can consider Kim deterred. Didn't hear this under Bush, but now it is suddenly a big problem according to a Republican senator? Nothing to see here.
