Great Powers on sale +2

Thanks again for everything you're doing to spread the word on GP!

But, going with the Star Wars theme Tom started, don't get cocky ;-)

When I asked for Amazon reviews, there was only one 5 star review up. Now there are three reviews up and two of them are 1 star!

So, if you've read GP, as soon as you have, and assuming you like it, we need you to get some positive reviews up there. This just won't do.

If you're planning on giving a positive review, could you leave a note in the comments?

To be clear, I'm not asking anyone to make up a review or inflate reviews. But we need all the legitimate, positive reviews we can get at this point.

Great Powers in the news today:

+ Andrew Sullivan linked Mark's 10 questions with Tom.

+ So did Post-Writ

+ Michigan Republican Party Blog linked Obama's New Map of the World.

+ Book Browse listed GP and said the critics' consensus is two thumbs up, very good.

+ Galrahn says he absolutely loved GP and that it will be discussed quite a bit on his weblog in the near future.

+ SWJ's This Week at War # 5 listed GP.

+ This column gets printed in full over at Foreign Policy, so GP appeared there, too.

Thanks to all, and don't forget to http://thomaspmbarnett.com/books/buy.htm.

Reader Comments (2)

Okay, having read all the reviews and comments (challenging one writer), here's my opinion. The 1's don't even pass as a good rant and aren't worth a discerning person's time. So, what to do? over the years, many of you have commented with eloquence on this blog. Now, please do so at Amazon. Then, let the chips fall where they may.

I am waiting for the book's debut in Australia. Is there anyway to know how big the lag will be? The Barnes & Noble and Borders big-box book store culture doesn't exist in Melbourne, so I am thinking of just finding a store and asking them if they have ordered it.
