OP-ED: Where Sweatshops Are a Dream, By NICHOLAS D. KRISTOF, New York Times, January 14, 2009

It's all a matter of perspective and where you currently stand on the development food chain. What are "nightmare conditions" for us today was absolutely fabulous in this country 125 years ago and just fine for Cambodia today.
