A good explanation of the difference Obama brings on rendition, which--as a rule--does not go away even as Obama trims the "extraordinary" aspects that Bush-Cheney engaged in.

You will see the pattern again and again with Obama: trimming back the excesses but hardly tossing out entire toolkits just because Bush-Cheney abused them.
