LockMart is feeling strong.

And for anybody who's tracked my writings/interactions with me, there's no surprise as to who's driving the bus: Linda Gooden's Information Systems & Global Services, the guys who bought Pacific Architects and Engineers with an eye to the future needs of the great globalization build-out and the SysAdmin force's requirements. IS&GS rises 16% compared to last year, while Space Systems goes up 4%, Aeronautics goes 5% and Electronic Systems does 2%.
