Erasing the line yet again on drug smuggling

So our increased firewall approach on drugs is now being breached by foreign gangs working in both our national forests and on Indian reservations: these Gapsters are finding gaps within our union and exploiting them quite nicely.

Previous post noted the growth of "grows" in forests, but this article says the Mexican gangs are expanding their ops much faster on reservations.

Another tunnel was just discovered on the Mexican side here in San Diego. It had electricity, lights and a ventillation system. Mexican army found it before it reached the U. S. side. The Border Patrol now has to station officers at the beaches north of the border. Lovely little places like La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach where the smugglers come ashore at night in small boats loaded with men and women desperate for a better life. Every day siezures are made at the border as people are caught with drugs in cars, trucks or strapped to their bodies. Two guys were caught paddling surf boards piled with dope. It never stops.
