ARTICLE: Where Policy Makers Are Born, By AMY DOCKSER MARCUS, Wall Street Journal,

Interesting story about the Yale grand strategy program, to whose students I spoke last month.

With one exception, I found the students exceedingly unpretentious, so I came away impressed.
