Isn't this what liberal celebrities love to call black Republican politicians like Condi Rice and Colin Powell (when he was a Republican now he is hero). That's probably why they are trying this tactic, they think it worked.

I'm surprised they haven't gone more of the route of saying that he is a traitor to Islam etc... It seems that would resonate more with Muslims in that part of the world. The message would be more about the dangers of mixing with non-Muslims and create some of that disconnectivity that is so dangerous. This appears more aimed at African-Americans.
