You just gotta believe that South Korea is full of companies chomping at the bit to carve out empires among Asia's rising medical market as the continent ages while simultaneously growing richer.
South Korea is often a lead goose on these things.

Unfortunately, can the established R&D regime continue if revenues in the US drop? Apparently a contributing factor to high health care costs in the US is that medical companies rely on our dollar to fund their R&D.
