Same old haunts for the Colts and not just pertaining to this year but years past as well. Teams that can get 3-4 yards on first and second downs and then have a quarterback with the skills to convert the short third down have been killing the Colts for years. This is the formula the Bears, Jags and Packers used and the Vikings narrowly missed due to their inability to complete a pass on third down. Manning was pissed when they didn't go on fourth down in first half. He was right. He knew the possesion time for the Colts was going to be limited. Sanders should be back for the Titans but not sure it will help.
It is the way of the NFL nowadays--very Manichean (going for broke so much means a lot of big plays in both directions). Actually, good product when you think of it.
