The Ayatollah is listing his requirements for normalized relations. Doubtful he expects to forego all spying, but clearly he expects some quiet reassurances we won't be actively backing anti-regime groups.

what kind of FDI (globalization) do we want for Iran,1)the Germany,Japan type(after WWII),2) China type,3) the rest of so called third world type; where FDI has min %51 of the deal,and control the profitis 100%.FDI controls the moneytary & fiscal policies of the that country,and eventually control of Govern.(exactly like during the Shah.)

What kind of globalisation CAN we hope for, Farhad? I think we can eliminate a Germany-Japan style rebuilding from the list-- even if we went to war with them, we wouldn't have the manpower to occupy and rebuild them. As the type 3 method you describe wouldn't be desirable from anyone's PoV (even the Oil Companies; Would the Iranians let them get away with that long enough to recoup their investment?), that leaves the Chinese method.
