This is good to hear about China.

Until I read PNM, I almost always thought we'd be at war with the PRC at some point. Now I think that will almost never happen! Stuff like this is why, Dr. Barnett.

Not surprising considering they're a supporter of most "problem states". Funny how they rarely seem to come through when needed. I suppose (hope) that as China becomes more integrated into the Core they'll begin to step up when needed(?).
