This is a real achievement, assuming Kim's back-up facility comes into our view at some point soon in the negotiations.

I'm not sure how succumbing to blackmail from Kim is "progress." Next time his regime needs more funds or oil or whatever, he'll just restart the reactor and say "give me $300 million and I'll shutdown. Again." And if we don't find his backup reactor this time (which he isn't going to show us/the UN), what have we gained? We've just helped prop up a dictator, as you know none of this aid will get where it needs to go.
