Is it fair to ask you to amplify how such a force would act in the Lebanon scenario, as a specific example?

If the SysAdmin structure was in place for real, there would be no question of how to provide a real buffer force between Israel & terrorists in Lebanon. SysAdmin could also provide resources to build up the Lebanese Army to stand competently on it's own without Hezbollah. Lebanon's government might also have a chance to stand free of Syria with SysAdmin support.
A SysAdmin force in being would make a world of difference in this conflict. Israel would also be free to carry out the Leviathian role and clear out Hezbollah.
