Tom in (and at) Tennesee
Monday, March 6, 2006 at 3:54PM Do you remember that Tom is a 'distinguished scholar' at the University of Tennesee's Baker Center? There he is, along with links to his Knoxville News-Sentinel columns in the right sidebar. There's a picture of PNM. I've previously linked the book discussion including PNM at the Know County library.
The next main event including Tom at UT will be a conference called: The United States and Great Britain: The Legacy of Churchill's Atlantic Alliance. Tom will speak for 45 minutes in the middle of the day. There will be some pretty heavy hitters there including Henry Kissinger, Jack Kemp, and Brent Scrowcroft. If you're in that part of the world, you should plan on checking it out.

I wish I could be at this. I am very, very interested to hear what Tom has to say on this topic. The whole Anglosphere analysis is one that has interesting overlap with the Barnettian analysis.
Actually, that is pretty cool, and I guess I'm a bit surprised by their prominent coverage. But Baker is just starting, and so I guess they rock 'n roll with what they got.
When doing his Distinguishe Scholar gig in Knoxville, does Tom ever rub shoulders with UT Law School Prof Glen Reynolds, the Instapundit?
