From a guy who wrote a 12-step recovery plan for America's foreign policy following Bush, not much to complain about here. What I like best? America has returned to being unpredictable, meaning we're out of the business of letting others determine our foreign policy through their actions. Bush had that feeling in his first term, but his second was disastrously reactive: we were Pavlov's dog. Now we're back to normal.
