To me, Saudi Arabia, despite its concentrated wealth, remains very Gap. You get a sense of that taboo-based, denial-of-outside-influences disconnectedness in this piece. Very interesting. You can see why the elite find globalization so scary with its flood of accessible entertainment and taboo material.
