China comes around so much and so fast on the consumer danger issue. This is a huge example of the leadership synchronizing its internal rule set with the emerging global one on free markets, free trade, collective security and transparency. This is the process the China hawks ignore or downplay, but it's everything that matters right now and it's the source of our immense power in this bilateral relationship.
