Worth tracking. Beijing prefers to execute a couple of top execs, set up a fund, and let it go at that. But the public wants more direct accountability, thus the civil suit. Got nothing to do with money. Got to do with justice more directly applied in response to popular pressure. Good long-term sign on China, to the extent it proceeds.
