Iraq and Blackwater: moving on

As Iraq stabilizes, this step is inevitable (for Blackwater) and correct for Iraq. Iraq simply wants to move beyond designation as a war zone and Blackwater simply needs to move on to the next opportunity. To me, this is natural and welcome in the process of frontier integration.

Excellent observation connecting BW to frontier intergration, like when our own wild west characters James Butler "Wild Bill" Hickok and Wyatt Earp would be hired as town tamers, and then be asked to move on when no longer needed.
