In effect, Great Powers, as Hugh pointed out, is a spirited defense of free trade, markets and the international liberal trade order, so . . . I'm doing my part in this global recession of keeping up the flow of info/analysis on the utility of free trade.

I'm a one-man anti-protectionist campaign.
