Underlying message: this is what killed capacity-building investment in the past and it's doing so today.

More evidence that the foolishness about deflation is setting the stage for massive inflation in a year or two.

Sure, demand is contracting, but inevitably supply will also contract and usually by a greater degree (to rebuild profit margins) leading to a higher equalinrium price.

There's no such thing as a free crunch.
