Missouri's electricity is derived--overwhelmingly--from coal-fired plants, to the tune of 80%.

Frankly, that's why our air in Indiana is surprisingly polluted, much worse than what we had in Rhode Island.

No question that CO2 limits will hit this state hard, forcing wrenching changes or driving up electricity prices, but everybody downwind will breathe easier.
