It has put in its security dues for decades, has cleaned up its internal act to the point where the generals arenít the political threats they once were, and itís the most modern and secular Muslim country in the world, by many expertsí estimation.
If not Turkey, then who from the Muslim world can really join the Core, and if not now, as we seek to transform the Middle East, then when?
