Naval War College reads "The Man Between War and Peace"

A normal request: NWC contacts me on a reprint a while back. No big deal, as they do this frequently on "The Pentagon's New Map" (article) and we charge them a nominal fee based on copy number. I still get 5-6 of these a year from the war colleges and various training commands.

But this time the NWC wanted to print 800 copies of "The Man Between War and Peace" and I was intrigued and so I asked about it. Turns out they want the 800 copies for attendees at their big annual ethics conference.

For that many copies, do they get a free briefing from "The Man" himself?

i don't know, Matthew. i wonder if their ethics usage is complementary of Tom. what are they getting at?
