Why start this in DoD? Bucks and bodies, my friends, two reasons why it will never really take off in State--in addition to the ideological divide between diplomats and soldiers (diplomats do whatever they can to avoid bad things and soldiers do everything they can to get ready for them--and never the twain shall meet).

Clearly something to keep an eye on, and yet another piece to the puzzle that I have called the SysAdmin function.

I especially like all the fine print points at the bottom of this piece. They show DoD is serious about doing this right.
